Ocellaris 1400uv Canister Filter

The Ocellaris 1400uv filter is one of the large canister filters in the Ocellaris range and caters for aquariums from 300 to 600 litres in capacity, although it's becoming increasingly popular to use twin filters on larger aquaria, to spread the load. The Ocellaris filters are almost silent running and we often struggle to hear them at all. Don't be fooled however, as this Ocellaris 1400uv is a very capable canister filter, with once touch priming and quick release taps to make filter serving a doddle. The Ocellaris 1400 canisters are extremely capable and you can be sure that there is a Ocellaris to suit your aquarium setup.

Choosing your Ocellaris Canister Filter

Ocellaris Canisters are Aqua One's very latest external filter offering and really do set the standard for all canister filters. The Ocellaris range are beautifully finished: smooth, white and easy to use. The included filter media is excellent as you'd expect from Aqua One and includes both Blue and Black Sponge Pads, BioNood Ceramic Filter Media and Polymer Wool Pads. The new motor unit, developed for the Ocellaris range is extremely robust and virtually silent in use and should give years of loyal service. it's no wonder then, that Aqua One offer a 2+1 year warranty on the new Ocellaris.

Servicing the Ocellaris 1400uv is extremely easy thanks to the quick release taps and easy assemble filter trays and it's not difficult to see the Advance filter pedigree here.
