I am just writing to say thank you so much for the friendly service when I rang to make an enquiry about tubes for my Aquastyle 850 aquarium, and for the prompt delivery service provided. The tubes are now fitted in my tank and I am very happy with them.

I just felt I had to write and say thank you, having previously been messed around by another online supplier who failed to notify me of problems with my order and were generally very poor, and left me feeling very disillusioned with online shopping.
