Filter Pump Compatibility

The 1i Filter Pump Impeller is a direct drop in replacement in the filter pumps for Aqua One AquaStyle 126 / 380, AquaMode 300, AquaMode 600, AquaStart 320, AquaStart 340 Pro & Ufo 350 Aquarium filter pump as well as the Maxi 101 Internal Filter used in later model AquaStart 320 / AquaStart 320T and UFO 350.

Maintenance and Replacement

Spinning several thousand times a minute, these little impellers work really hard. Do check your impeller is not clogged with waste material or debris on a monthly basis and to prolong the working life of your filter pump we recommend that you replace your 1i impeller once a year.

 

Replacing a 1i filter pump impeller

It really couldn't be easier when it comes to Aqua One's filter pumps. Simply disconnect the power supply to your old pump, remove the suction cups that hold the pump in place in your aquarium and remove the pump from your setup. Clip off the impeller cover and you should be able to pull out the magnetic impeller quite easily. Reverse the process for new pump installation and you're away!
